About Lee Ritter

Lee Ritter is a senior partner and Project Director at Ritter Consulting Engineers, bringing more than 20 years of experience in environmental inspections, testing, and project oversight. A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in Education, Lee leads large-scale environmental initiatives for schools, universities, commercial facilities, and residential properties. His work spans mold, lead paint, asbestos, and indoor air quality investigations, both as standalone projects and in coordination with the firm’s mechanical design services.

Lee holds extensive professional accreditations, including Asbestos Inspector, Management Planner, Project Designer, Contractor/Supervisor, and Trainer for the State of Louisiana. He is also an accredited Lead Inspector, Supervisor/Worker, and Project Designer, and is certified in Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), where he is recognized as a Master Water Restorer. Additionally, Lee is AIMC Matterport Certified for advanced environmental documentation. In his role as Project Director, he oversees abatement design, directs field sampling, conducts site inspections, prepares reports, and manages contractor coordination through project completion. Outside of work, Lee is active in the Boy Scouts of America’s Evangeline Area Council and enjoys spending his free time fishing and hunting.
